Mont-Bélanger

At Mont-Bélanger, you can literally walk along the border between Canada and the United States. Rising to 960 metres, this summit offers more than 25 km of marked trails through a 200-year-old white spruce forest, where some conifers measure over one metre in diameter. Surrounded by lakes and rolling hills, the site is ideal for hikers and lovers of spectacular views. You can choose a shorter climb from the second parking area, or take on a more demanding route via the famous Face de singe. Each summit reveals a new perspective. Les Éboulis, Lac-Émilie and the observation tower are just a few memorable stops along the way. More adventurous visitors can camp on designated platforms and take in a memorable sunrise.
